About Us
Trevor and Debrah Dyck began investing in Real Estate as a new couple in Charleston, SC in 1994 from there Trevor's pilot career flew them "temporarily" to Dallas/Fort Worth. That was in 2000, obviously still in the DFW area and now they are deep rooted in the community of residential and commercial real estate. The avenues however in which they find themselves as co-owners of Real Synergy Commercial Property & Development are very different.
The couple moved to DFW in 2000, with a new baby just months from birth. Once their daughter arrived in September of 2000, Debrah began work in the mortgage industry to bide her time until they were to be transferred back to South Carolina. Debrah was recruited to be the team leader of Keller Williams Arlington in 2002 and seeing that the transfer was not to come any time soon, began immersing herself in the real estate environment once again. After the 911 attacks on the World Trade Center, flying became more tedious and politically charged. So Trevor retired from flying to join Debrah in the world of Real Estate (hence this is now HOME). Trevor immediately cut his teeth on Residential and ventured quickly to the commercial arena, concentrating first on commercial vacant land and multi-family complexes.
As Trevor was learning more and more about DFW Commercial Real Estate, Debrah began her own consulting business and set off to consult for Visions Realty & Investments, Inc. a small commercial real estate company located in Keller, TX. It wasn't long before Debrah recruited Trevor to join their team. They worked side by side as this small company (owner Steve Fithian) grew to 10 commercial agents and a very large closing volume. Trevor then began engrossing himself in other commercial real estate product types such as office, retail and industrial. At the same time, Debrah became the COO of Frontline Property Management, Inc. (also owned by Steve Fithian). She learned to manage multi-family property and soon built their team to 12 residential and multi-family property managers with over 1,000 units under management.
Along the way the couple began investing in DFW Real Estate as partners with Real Brick Investments, Inc. As they have grown and matured, so too have their investments and the love of Texas Real Estate. It wasn't until the end of 2016 when the two decided that separately they had the knowledge base to combine forces in their own company and Real Synergy Commercial Property & Development was born.
Part of their passion is helping owners to understand that it is the combination of the right property and the right people that will create a winning formula for successful commercial real estate investment.
As of 2020, Trevor has taken to the skies once more. His passion for flying has taken flight. He is no longer part of our core team.
